Back in Early 2009, I was 15, I weighed 246 lbs at about 5'10. I really wanted to lose weight since I was 12, but couldn't get myself to do it until then. It's now June 2010 and I am 6'0 weighing at 176 pounds. My diet didn't consist of very many vegetables, even though I don't eat meat (LOL!!!) I chose food that was low in calories, and I only ate twice a day (this took a couple days for my body to get used to). I would eat an instant lunch (the cup of noodles) for breakfast, because it only had 300 calories in it. And for dinner (about 12 hours later) I would have something else that was low in calories, on some nights it was spaghettios which only had 510 calories. so on the average day I would eat 800-1200 calories. I also cut out all junk food & deserts. Another odd thing about my diet was that instead of drinking lots of water like most people say, I drank diet coke, which alot of people say makes you GAIN weight. That cannot be true if I lost 70 pounds while drinking 4-6 diet cokes a day. My story is not like most weight loss stories I imagine, but it just shows that there are different ways than just eating vegetables and drinking water and getting plenty of exercise.

Since all members have to leave early in the morning, I have to wake up way ahead of them to prepare our first meal of the day. The bright side of it, though, is that it kept my tummy filled up during the day.

I always had a petite build before getting married so I wondered if it would be easy to lose weight after pregnancy. When I was single, I wasn’t really conscious about my weight and figure perhaps because no matter what I ate I really didn’t gain much. Perhaps this is because I was still young, tried to be active in sports and had a fast metabolism.

Even as I went into marriage and became heavy with child, I was not mindful of the pounds I gained or of the figure I had. The most important thing for me, then, was to prepare myself for the safe delivery of my baby. The best thing that could make a woman fulfilled is to be a mother. So, I had my mindset on my child.

During my first pregnancy, I just gained a total of about 10 pounds, that of my healthy baby and just a few more. After I gave birth, I was able to lose all that I gained, including other fluids. Do the exercises recommended below daily but don't skip with the meditation. I used to have some problems around the thigh area and really did some earnest and relentless research for the best exercise to lose weight in thighs and buttocks. Actually I didn't have that problem before but since I gave birth to my second child, my thighs increased even more than it did when I had my first born.

The things I hated most about my large thighs are the cellulites which indicated I had a lot of fat stored in that area. I was not as heavy in the upper part of the body, so I really think that I was badly disproportionate to the point that I could say that I had a pear-shaped body. First off, I maintained a three-times-a-week schedule of running around the block as soon as I send off the kids to school at 6:30 AM. I would like to share something different for a change and they're about the best exercise clothes to wear for workouts. They are actually, observations based on my own experiences. I was wondering if other people have had the same problems I had, when it comes to issues about the right apparel to wear when exercising under different conditions.

It's actually one of the ways that can make a person last longer and perform better since you will feel comfortable and at ease all throughout your routines.

Weather changes for one can affect our moods as it is also accompanied by a change of temperature. Winter finds me feeling cold and chilly and I would opt for a warmer temperature. It would be but natural to wear sweat suits that are thick and warm.

But then as I exercise, my own body temperature will keep me warm and soon enough I'll be sweating like anything. That is supposed to be good except that whenever I start cooling down, the cold would set in and make my clothes turn chillingly cold.

I always end up in bed the whole week suffering from a terrible spell of cough and colds. Exercise became a bane to me during winter and it was something that overcame by thinking up of ways on how I could solve my problem.

Since cold temperature and not sweat was the main problem, I came to realize that a layering of clothes would be the best exercise clothes to wear during workouts. The first layer would be some cotton tank tops, a pair light weight pants and thick socks and some training shoes that has a wicking effect. The second layer is a thick short sleeved shirt and the third would be the long sleeved sweat shirt and sweat pants.

This way I didn't start out feeling chilled but warm enough, so I'm less intensive by doing my routines less vigorously but at a certain place. I make sure that the whole routine is completed and the pull or strain and the muscles are still there despite the easy approach. Nevertheless, even the sweat is less profuse and it gives my cotton tank time to absorb the wetness.

The added protection of the thick cotton shirt and the sweat shirt keeps the warmth inside and shield the wet tank top from cold that would set-in. This way, my body stays dry since most of the sweat has been absorbed by the cotton material and the thick layers keep my body in an even temperature, up to the time that I take a hot shower.

If I have to go out, layering is still the best answer to keep my temperature evenly warm. If I?ll be staying indoors, another pair of sweats will keep me just fine.

Summer has its own issues and that is to wear or not to wear a pair of brassieres. Not wearing one could be painful as it tends to pull your breast muscles, while not having enough support. Now if I was wearing one, the heat, the strap and the friction could make me feel so irritated. If I unloosen the strap, it keeps falling-off and can be distracting. A snug-fit doesn't work well either because it cuts into the skin and chafe. It's as if the heat makes the skin tender or slippery which causes some friction during workout movements.

Now I've searched high and low for the best brassier support and I found those made from a material of combined cotton and Lycra as the most ideal. Inasmuch as the straps are made from the same material, the ability to absorb has somehow eliminated the friction or the heat build-up within. Its snug to the skin and stays on the skin even as you move.

I hope I was able to share something useful since this has helped my a great deal in keeping my weight right. Wearing the right apparel allows continuity in routines. It always feels good to exercise in any kind of weather or temperature by wearing the best exercise clothes.

1. Ease up on the protein intakes because their nutrients actually promote muscle building. If you used to eat five to six small meals space apart that contain protein, make it three to four.

2. Keep your calories low so that your body goes into "starvation mode" after doing your aerobic exercises. As your metabolism slows down with little calorie to deal with, it will eat into the muscles instead. While working out and improving your cardiovascular network, your muscles will also become active and require caloric energy.
